SimHaven now has a Linux launcher available for testing.
The Linux version is distributed as a .deb installer and has been successfully tested on Ubuntu 26.04. The launcher was able to install, download the required game files, and launch the SimHaven client.
This is our first Linux release, so please consider it early support. The installer may also work on other Debian-based Linux distributions, but Ubuntu 26.04 is currently the only version we have officially tested.
Windows and macOS players do not need to change anything. The existing launcher versions for both platforms remain available on the same download page.
Linux players can head to the download page and download the new .deb installer. Once downloaded, open the package using your system’s software installer and follow the installation prompts.
If you encounter a problem, please let us know which Linux distribution and version you are using, along with a description of what happened. Terminal output, error messages, and screenshots are especially helpful.
With Windows, macOS, and now Linux launcher builds available, even more players can make their way into Plumbrook.
